It's more annoying than anything else. It'd be a lot easier if we just used pencils.

He does take the red quill when it's offered to him though. ]

Maybe, but those who aren't used to muggle ways think they're complicated. [ He clears his voice, soon sounding different. ] "You mean you have to sharpen a pencil?", "What do you mean it doesn't last forever?" [ he returns to his normal tone. ] Stuff like that. It's all about perspective, Aoba. We've seen both sides -- not everyone has.

It's a priceless family heirloom that was rumored to be owned by a great Japanese wizard. [ It's hard to tell if he's joking or not. HE MIGHT BE SERIOUS... he might be teasing Aoba. ]
